Matt founded WalterFrank in 2011 and is still actively growing the business by acquiring and developing HMO properties nationwide and collaborating with investors on exciting joint ventures. Matt specialises in property acquisition and managing development projects to create impressive rental homes. Having used strategies such as Vendor Finance and Buy, Refurbish, Rent, Refinance as the cornerstones for growth, Matt is racing towards his personal goal of having 60 properties by the age of 60.

Matt is a qualified property solicitor with an expert knowledge of landlord and tenant matters in the residential and commercial sectors having worked for clients such as Costa Coffee and David Lloyd Leisure. Matt practiced as a property solicitor before moving full time into the world of property.
